Salary: £10.50 – £12.50 depending on experience

Qualifications
For our support worker roles, we will pay for your care certificate, you will also have the opportunity complete other relevant awards and diplomas. We have developed a career pathway for support workers to develop and work their way up to team leader and management roles.
E- Learning
Majority of our training is provided via e-learning, this is how you will complete most of the required training however there will be face to face training provided throughout the year. We tailor your learning to make sure you have all the necessary skills and knowledge you need to support autistic people.

Support worker roles
